Start with just your phone

What we keep
Only what you enter: sales, stock, customers, invoices, staff records. We never touch your money — payments stay between you and your customer — and we never sell your data.
Where it lives and who sees it
A secure professional cloud, encrypted while travelling and while stored. Every business is locked in its own vault at the database level. Your staff see only what you allow.
If your phone is lost
Nothing is lost. Backups run every night, and we have tested restoring them. Sign in from any device and everything is there. Ask any time for a full export or deletion.

Common questions
Is Lazy Human accounting software, or an AI bookkeeper?
Neither word quite fits — it is an AI admin system. Bookkeeping and accounting are among the things the admin does for you, automatically, behind every sale, bill and payslip. You never post a journal. What is an AI admin system?
Does Lazy Human do Malaysian payroll: EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB?
Yes. Every payslip works them out using the official tables, and your monthly statutory amounts are ready to pay. Payroll is included in the Premier Partner plan.
Does it do LHDN e-invoicing (MyInvois)?
Yes. Connect your own MyInvois login in Settings, and invoices go to LHDN and come back validated, with the QR on the invoice. Walk-in sales can roll into one e-invoice a month. E-invoicing comes with Business PRO; the monthly consolidated e-invoice with Premier Partner.
Do I need a POS terminal, printer or scanner?
No. Your phone's camera scans, and receipts go to the customer's phone. A Bluetooth receipt printer is optional.
How do I start?
Open the app, sign in with Google or an email address, and tell Alpha what kind of business you run. It sets up your products, tables and settings with you — or imports your lists from a file.
