The short version: LazyHuman BOS is a business record-keeping system. Your business data belongs to you, and you can export it any time. We never hold, move, or process your money — we only organise your records. You pay a subscription for the software; that is our only financial relationship.

1. Who we are

LazyHuman BOS ("LazyHuman", "we") is operated from Malaysia and provided at lazyhumanbegin.com. Contact: info@lazyhumanbegin.com.

2. What the service is — and is not

LazyHuman BOS records and organises business information: sales, purchases, inventory, staff, payroll figures, invoices and related documents, with an AI assistant ("Alpha") that helps you operate it. It prepares figures and files for you and your accountant.

It is not a payment service, a bank, an e-money issuer, or a licensed advisory service. Money never passes through LazyHuman. Statutory calculations (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, SST) follow published official tables and methods, but you remain responsible for verifying filings with your accountant or the relevant authority — LazyHuman is a tool, not a tax agent.

3. Your account and your data

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for the people you grant staff access to. All business data you enter belongs to you. We access it only to operate the service, to investigate a problem you report, or as required by law. You can export your data from inside the app at any time, and you may request account deletion (see the Privacy Policy).

4. Fees

The free tier is free. Paid plans are billed by subscription at the prices shown on the plans page at the time of purchase. You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period, and periods already begun are not refunded pro-rata. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the service for anything unlawful, don't attempt to access other tenants' data, don't resell access, and don't abuse the AI or the infrastructure (rate limits apply per plan). We may suspend accounts that endanger the service or other customers.

6. Availability and liability

We work hard to keep the service available and your data safe (monitored 24/7, daily backups, practiced recovery), but the service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for decisions (business, tax, or otherwise) made in reliance on figures in the app that you have not verified.

7. Staff and customer data you store

Where you record other people's personal data (your employees, your customers), you are the data user under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and responsible for having the right to record it. LazyHuman processes that data on your behalf, on your instructions, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and request deletion at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms, with export access provided for your data where lawful.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app at least 14 days in advance. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
